Blackdown walk
Here are 2 walks of 1.5 miles and 3 miles.
This is a wonderful family-friendly walk amidst the beautiful woodland and heathland of the Blackdown. You'll enjoy some lovely woodland walking as well as the views from the Western Viewpoint.
The second route is basically an extension of the first that still enjoys the wonderful woodland and viewpoint of Blackdown. However, this longer route also then extends the walk to explore more of this lovely area and visits the 'Temple of the Winds' which is a fantastic viewpoint and also the Brian Checkley Memorial viewpoint.
