Witney Walk

This is a lovely walk which is short and easy. It starts and finishes in the historic market town of Witney so you can spend time before or after the walk visiting the many shops, cafes and pubs. The walk travels to Witney Lake and Country Park, a gateway to the Lower Windrush Valley. The walk travels around the lake, the southern part of which is a nature reserve where you may see birds such as Swifts, Kingfishers and Great Crested Grebes.
